Hello, if your check engine light is blinking, it is evidence of an engine misfire. Engine misfires can result from a spark plug issue, a coil issue, a fuel injector issue, a valve train issue, or a base engine issue. If you feel like you've resolved the spark plug and coil as a guess of possible cause (the right thing to do would have been to swap each component with another cylinder and see if the misfire moves to that cylinder before throwing parts at the car), then you must have a fuel or base engine concern. I would next perform a compression test to see if the affected cylinder as dictated by the trouble code you pull has an internal engine problem or not.
