Removed Door interior to determine problem with window to find the cable has frayed and snapped. How do I go about replacement and what is entailed? Motor still works, but cable is incorrectly wound since it snapped.

You'll need to replace the entire window regulator. You might find a free manual here: http://bit.ly/autozone_repair_info or go to http://bit.ly/alldata_repair_manuals and get an online repair manual subscription.
