Dirty oil and one quart short

(2006 Mercedes-Benz CLS55 AMG)

It's the first time I have bought an amg , and I noticed when checking the oil level , it requested a liter of oil to retain maximum oil level , There are no leaks and I just had the car serviced at 75K the milage now is 77K , where has the oil gone ?

THE OIL HAS BEEN USED BY THE ENGINE,WHICH IS QUITE NORMAL BETWEEN OIL CHANGES.THE CAR MIGHT ALSO DUE FOR AN OIL CHANGE,DEPENDING ON YOUR SERVICE RECORDS. HOPE THIS WAS HELFUL.NEVILLE
