Currently have situation of hoter air from front vents with a/c on.

Each door for driver and passenger controls fully actuate. There seems to be another main door that is not working properly leaking hot air while calling for cold air. How do I access it to fix? There is an actuator on driver side higher under dash that diverts air to floor, consol, etc. could this door be the issue?
