Coolant overflows while driving

What is your question?

This truck seems to have an issue where the coolant overflows while driving, even though it appears to be at the correct level if you check it before going anywhere.

What makes this problem better or worse?

Is pretty consistent, shortly after reaching operating temperature. Note it does not overheat right away, but eventually will once it loses enough coolant..
