"Low coolant" light comes on immediately and I refill coolant (1 gallon in two weeks) but engine not overheating? What is the cause.

Have you noticed puddles forming under your car after it's been parked for awhile? RepairPal has some tips for when you notice a leak: http://repairpal.com/car-fluid-leaks-what-to-do If it isn't leaking out of your engine or cooling system somewhere, then it may be being consumed . . . which is a big problem. You'll probably need the help of a good technician.
i had the same problem . answer old engine gaskets are causing coolont to escape to one of the pistons and wastin it only wehn the car is on a n running thts why u cant notice leaks
