What is your question?
I recently changed the front brake pads and immediately after doing so I began hearing this clicking sound inside the van coming from around the ignition area. The van brakes very well. The problem is the clicking noise.

To address noises, the first thing to do is find the source of the "click", then try to determine why it is making noise. You may find a relation to the work that was performed, but you must identify the source of the noise first.
i have a 2006 dodge grand caravan se that i bought a few weeks ago. this week end, i noticed the same thing that you are referring to in your post. a clicking sound when depressing the brake pedal when the vehicle is in park with the engine running. i can feel the vibration on the steering wheel when it is making the sound. not sure what the connection is between the brakes and the steering column. no problems with braking, so this part is good ... just a clicking noise when depressing the brake pedal ...
My 2007 dodge caravan is doing the same thing-ONLY in park and ONLY with the engine running. did anyone ever figure out exactly what that was? Any further issues out of it?
I also notice that the clicking noise only happens when the vehicle is in park and the engine running.
This is good, if you can duplicate the noise while the vehicle is stationary, that makes it a lot easier to locate the noise.
