What is your question?
This sound is heard within the cab. It is a slight ticking sound identical to fuel injectors and lifters. It is not heard outside the car; it is only heard inside the car with all the windows up. It does increase in noise with RPM, but does get drowned out if I put my foot on the gas hard enough. I just don't want my car to sound like a sewing machine from inside the cab when I drive. Is this a normal Subaru sound and can I just change the injectors to make it more quiet? Or is it something else entirely.....help!
What makes this problem better or worse?
Nothing
How long has your 2015 Subaru XV Crosstrek had this problem?

Hello, interesting concern; I would say getting an independent assessment from a technician familiar with Subaru vehicles would be the best move. Very hard to know if a noise you are hearing is normal or abnormal; there would be no recommendations I can think of to eliminate noise by replacing injectors. The only thing I can think of otherwise is that some vehicles have noise suppressing agents that utilize the vehicle's audio system to neutralize engine noise. That would be the only thing I can imagine otherwise.
