Car was burning about a quart every month. No smoke or leaking at all. I changed to synthetic and it is burning more frequently now. Why???
my 2003 350z burns about a quart of oil every 1000 miles, sometimes less. No drips (I have a garage) and no noticeable smoke out of the exhaust, It doesn't seem to hurt anything, I just have to make sure to keep it topped off.
Car will burn 2 quarts every 2500 miles. Dealership said the problem is probably more expensive to fix than just adding oil when needed.
