Changed battery now windows won't work

There is an adaption re-set procedure after you replace the Battery for the factory alarm system, which includes window operation. Windows are considered part of the anti- theft protection on some alarm systems. One thing I always do is lock and unlock the divers door lock a few times with the the key, that usually helps. If you are still stuck, then go to this site and look up the re-set procedure.
