What is your question?
Disconnected battery then CEL came on when reconnected it. CEL went out, then got CA emissions test and failed. 6 out of 9 monitors read "INCL". 7 finally cleared. PM filter and catalyst monitors still will not clear after several drive cycle attempts and about 400 miles driving. Does California allow 2 INCLs? M-B Sprinter 3500 diesel chassis is on a 2018 Winnebago RV with 20K miles. Sprinter chassis is a 2017 model.
What makes this problem better or worse?
Drive cycles not working to clear 2 emissions monitors
How long has your 2017 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 3500 had this problem?

Hello, no - California only allows one incomplete monitor, usually evaporative emissions. Disconnecting the battery is a bad idea - you just reset everything, and yeah - it's difficult to get all the parameters to set. Especially with a Diesel particulate filter and regeneration operation -- it may require more driving to clear that monitor. There's a great article on RepairPal about drive cycles: https://repairpal.com/drive-cycle-issues Other than that, I suggest: half tank of fuel. Cruise control on open road at 57 mph. Cruise like this for about 15-20 minutes. Decelerate, stop. Accelerate again, cruise at 57 mph. Check monitor status. With the DPF, it's hard to know how that one will do, but the rest should clear. Good luck.
