danndd, You were right on. Wwe took it in and the repair shop said that was it. Fixed it within 2 hrs. of getting it during a huge snow storm. Left the key under their mat(with our permission).Total charge $200.00. I don't know if thats too much, too little but their service was fast, courteous and we pay them today.
