Car wont stay running.. 2000 Crown Vic

Hello, sadly, this requires hands on analysis and testing. There's simply nothing to recommend without knowing hands on data. "New fuses new wiring" - I'm not even sure what that could mean. If jumping starts the vehicle and it runs for 15 minutes, but then stalls again -- it just doesn't make sense; something is missing from the story.
