car stalling

my 2002 mercury grand marquis, is stalling while driving, spark plugs changed , and erg was changed , but it stall on me again, when overdrive is off car will act sluggish and overdrive turns off by self that started happening first. and the coolent light will flicker real fast and trac control light comes on
