there is a leak in the throttle body or vacuum line.my car shakes sometimes when drivin.my check engine light came on a month ago.is there any honest repair shops that will check my car for free?

You'll be hard pressed to find a reputable service facility that employs highly skilled mechanics that work for free.
About the best u may find is the check they do with the machine they attach under the steering wheel it gives a print out of the problems. Autozone does it for free. Pep boys free don't need to buy nothing.I'm a women and that's usually how I have to roll. And they give me recommendations of mechanics,I don't have one I can call my own
