What is your question?
I have a general (stupid) question about car tires. Three of the tires on a car are identical in diameter, width and ratio. Is it ok if to put a fourth tire of a slightly higher ratio temporarily until the car is brought to a tire shop? Will this be too dangerous? Example: three tires 225/50 R18 one tire 225/55 R18

If you are talking driving a few miles - you can get away with it. If you are talking hundreds of miles, don't do it. Too many problems can result in various areas related to steering, suspension, traction control, vehicle dynamics and all wheel drive systems (if equipped).
