Can a dtc 32 & 35 cause the transmission to not shift properly or feel sluggish

(1993 Chevrolet K1500)
After driving for awhile the check engine light comes on and the transmission seems extremely sluggish and takes longer than usual for the motor rpm’s to rev up
What seems to make the problem better or worse? Transmission shifts through gears just fine when first cranked and gets worse after driving several miles
How long have you had this problem? Approximately two weeks

Basic information shows concerns in the EGR system and IAC systems.

These are just rudimentary clues - hands on testing for engine performance must occur to figure out what has failed with your truck.
