Buying a used Ford Exp. sport trac and need to know questions to ask about engin

I've had mine since it was new in 04 thank god i got the 7-70 coverage on the thing it really paid for itself 10x over and im not exaggerating , at 30,000 it needed a trans at 60,000 the motor went oil pump seized,then at 68,000 the trans went again not counting the rental car that i had for a month at least when they put the motor bin 2 weeks each time for the trans it was all covered I would check the control arm bushings 9 i put them in at 100,000 they put them in at 50,000 see if it has the tow package the rear is a 4:10 rear instead of 3:70
