Broken Power Windows

What is your question?

My back two power windows will not stay up and I can't afford to have them repaired. Tried keeping up with rubber door stops but they are too think to hold. Right now they are being held up with scotch tape which has to be replaced just about every time it rains. HELP. I do not have anyone to try to fix it for me.
