brake lights stay on all the time. could this be the brake light switch? If so where is it located?

Its located on the upper back of your brake pedal http://partimages.genpt.com/largeimages/276149.jpg But pay attention to the threaded adjustment when you reinstall as the pedal has to release the button when your foot is off the pedal
