Blower motor makes noise

Blower motor makes noise when fan is on for Air conditioner, blower motor works normal when heat is on. Tell me how to repair this.

Something is caught in the fan. Blower motor is behind right side of dash, my labor guide says it takes just over an hour to remove, clean and refit. There is a company that independent auto repair shops buy their information from that the same information inexpensively to do it yourselfers.
