Back in the summer the A/C was making a horrible noise and then all of a sudden stopped. So, now when you turn on the heat or A/C nothing blows out. After a while it gets warm, but the blower will not blow anything out no matter what speed it is on! I am assuming that I need a new blower motor??

Before you go fork out cash on the part and labor ...try putting staright 12v current to the motor with some jumper wires. Just enough to see it spin dont leave the jumpers connected to long
