Will anti theft dash board light on 2005 Grand caravan cause no crank?

What is your question?

Battery is good Starter is good Fuses and relays are good No ground at starter relay pin 85 Will crank but no start when manually apply ground at pin 85. After I figure out how to get ground at pin 85 I'll still need to figure out why it wont start

What makes this problem better or worse?

It doesn't crank
