What is your question?
When I start my truck, the battery closest to the alternator starts getting so hot it starts boiling. I replaced the battery on that side and the alternator and its still doing it. But the battery on the other side isnt getting hot, even switched the batteries around to see if it was the type of battery and its still just doing it on the side thats closest to the alternator. Cant figure the problem out.

If the battery is getting to hot it will buckle and warp the plates in the battery and case the battery to fail. Put a volt meter across the terminals of the battery. With the engine off battery voltage should be 12.6 volts with a fully charged battery. Start the engine with the engine running and the alternator now charging the voltage should be 14.6 volts approximately at the battery. If the voltage is significantly higher it is likely the voltage regulator in the alternator is not regulating/controlling the alternators out put.
