Battery light, oil light and check engine light on and car won't start

Hello, those warning lights are normal to be illuminated with the engine off and the key in the on position. If the car will not crank at all, have the battery checked to see if it is fully charged and able to handle a load. If the battery passes all tests as I described, then it would be right to continue testing the starting system to see what could be failing.
