After replacing all the fuel emissions sensor my truck still wont start why

Hello, was the engine starting prior to work being performed? Why did you have the work performed? What is the "fuel emissions sensor" - that's not a part I'm familiar with; what repairs were made? An engine that cranks but will not start is experiencing a fuel delivery, ignition spark or air intake concern. Hands on testing is needed.
