A/C/Heater Vents

A/C is working. Cold air coming from the defrost vent and floor but not through the A/C vents.

What you have is a air door actuator (inside the heater housing) that is not directing the air flow to the a/c vents. Have a shop check it out ...it's not so easy to just DIY
