recharged refrigerant w/ kit and can verify refrigerant is no longer low - now cannot figure out how to reset display "low refrig - a/c off" that I THINK is preventing AC from coming on - anybody?
got a message on info screen:low refrigerant, also ac compressor off. I tried putting refrigerant in, but could not get the compressor to come on. I don't have a solution.
seems to have proper level of refrigerant but shuts off saying low refrig I just reset the obii code when it happens, sometimes several times a day and sometimes it will go days without it tripping a low refrig. code!
go figure....
The air conditioner has a leak. Initially it cools, but then after a while the air starts coming out wormer.
leaks where hoses attach to compressor. Tried 5 different comp. and 2 new sets of lower loses and it leaks at the single bolt between the comp and hose
"!I have not had this issue fixed yet. I was looking up research I've just recent seen this so this does help me see what I need to do to get my car fixed. I've had this car in the shop recently but my other twoshopshav been able to fix this problem.
DIC indicated that the refrigerate was low so system shut down. Evaporator core replaced ( $1400.00 ) and 4 months later in the winter time the same message came across the DIC.. back in the shop today.
