I would try jumping the compressor clutch with a fused power wire just to see if the compressor engages and lock up as it should after that you are looking at the control system and would need a wiring diagram and component location chart (perhaps even air conditioning pressure gauges). There is a company that independent auto repair shops "buy" their information from that offer a very reasonable service to do it yourselvers.
