my a/c works while the car is ideling,once i start it doesnt work,blows warm air,i was told the fan cuts off.

I think what you're describing is that the airflow from the vents stops as you start driving. If this is the case, this is due to a possible vacuum leak in the climate control system. The system uses engine vacuum to operate the airflow controls, and when you drive engine vacuum is very low, thus not providing the ability for the system to direct the airflow to the vents. The default setting is the defrost, and this is probably where the airflow is directed when driving, is that correct?
