What is your question?
First was a code 44, which was a bad fuel pump, changed it, code went away, a few days, later the engine began to start slowly, drawing heavy on a new good battery, just purchased, then when it did start, the engine began to run rough, did not stall though, but sound from the muffler a "miss" in the running engine with a sound that sound as if had a " burned valve" noise with a "poping" sound in the muffler, the fuel is running rich, as so much one can smell the odor of "gasoline like "or a sulfur like odor from the tailpipe when running, it still drives but hesitation to advancing top speed at first, it's an "ob-1 system", with a flashing lights in the dash which a plug in " scanner code" showing a CODE " 32", WHICH seems thats its an egr valve, but it seems ok it lifts up and down and the engine stops when running when i open it up, not sure WHAT the problem is? Anyone have any IDEAS?? AS HELP WOULD BE MOST APPRECIATED, THANKS...

How long has your 1990 Chevrolet R1500 Suburban had this problem?
a week and a half ago, it was 3 weeks since I change the fuel pump (new one, factor equipment Gm))
