2015 Yukon XL DVD PLAYER AND HEADPHONES ARE NOT WORKING

Hello, The DVD in the center console has it's own power source, so start by checking the rear entertainment fuse. That would also explain why the headphones are not working. Other items that may have in influence on the operation of the rear entertainment system is the front radio. It can override the rear entertainment system if I remember correctly. Check the fuse for the rear, the settings on the front radio, and check the owners manual for other functions that may be preventing the rear entertainment system from functioning properly.
