2014 nissan versa note making scrubbing noise when turning right but no lights

not long after taking the note in for service and tire rotation it started to make scrubbing noise in front when turning right. seems to be getting worse. no warning lights on. steering seems fine. its as if the tire is scrubbing something underneath when turned sharp enough. no leaks detected.
What makes this problem better or worse?
