2010 ford transit connect speedometer jumps high when im stop and car is on Driv

I have a ford transit connect 2010 the speedometer jumps when im stop and van is on drive and when hit the gas wont run for like 3 seconds then i will run no check engine light and no codes already when to 2 different shops no one know whats going on they also replaced the transmission speed sensor and still do it

How long has your 2010 Ford Transit Connect had this problem?
