2002 saab 9-5 turbo acting up

The water pumps are common failures for the SAAB, the water pump can also leak from the o-rings where the water pump attaches to the engine block. If the belt keeps slipping off, the bearing inside the water pump could be worn and the shaft is not sitting correctly, causing the belt to slid off, coolant on the belt will cause the belt to slip off also.
