2001 jeep grand cherokee is overheating, water pump, radiator and thermostat new

We have changed all three common causes of it overheating, we've flushed it, and we made sure the head wasn't cracked. We have no clue what else could be causing it to overheat.

When you say overheat, what is happening? Coolant is boiling over out of the coolant reservoir? Are you saying it does this with a cold engine also?
I would be looking to see if the coolant is circulating properly or if there is some kind of blockage.The radiator could have debris built up on it preventing air flow from cooling the coolant. Is the fan working as it should?
I'm pretty sure we purged the system. And it immediately starts to overheat as soon as we turn it on.

Yeah the fans working fine. And the coolant is boiling in the reservoir. And as soon as the engine cuts on the temperature skyrockets.
