1988 lincoln mark vll does power to the ecm go through the auto theft modul or after it? when car stops all funtions will not work, does not seem to be the ecm

car will run fine for some time then quit for no reason. electric locks, flashers lights all dead not likely the ecm car started fine not battery, or cables.
