Windows, Windshield Wipers go on only internittently.

What is your question?

Windows will not go up and down all the time. Windshield wipers will not go on all the time. Also cannot hear radio because of the constant static. Sometimes I go days with the window down and then all of a sudden when I touch the switch, it will go up. Same with wipers. Radio goes on but I cannot hear it any more. Nearest dealer is 250 miles away.
