What is your question?
I have bad ball joints on my front end and I’m getting my tires rotated because the tread is low on my front tires, will this temporarily be safe to drive?
What makes this problem better or worse?
Turning makes it worse, going downhill makes it worse, going uphill makes it better
How long has your 2015 Ram 3500 had this problem?
Months

Hello, you should never drive any vehicle with ball joints that are "bad". This is a major safety issue that can compromise vehicle handling and actually cause the wheel to fail while you're driving. If the wheel separates from the steering knuckle due to a faulty ball joint, it increases the risk of accident and injury to you and the vehicles around you. The tire situation is secondary. If tires are worn out they need to be replaced. If they are still in a safe range they can be rotated, but the truth is you want your better tires in the back anyway because the back can fishtail with tires that have insufficient tread whereas you can steer out with bald tires if needed on the front. Fix your ball joints, replace two tires. Or don't drive the truck. Simple as that. I think you may find shops near you that have multiple ways to pay a bill over time if needed.
