Why does my range rover have problems accelerating and i hear a really loud fan when i step on the gas

Sounds like the fan clutch is locked up. Can you turn the fan with the engine off?

Fan clutch probably bad. Very common depending on the model. Hard to know why it is having accelerating issues without properly diagnosing it. Does it have a check engine light on?
