Problem Description and Possible Solution

The upper engine mount may wear prematurely. Symptoms may include a harsh feeling when the transmission is shifting and roughness when the engine is idling. Worn engine mounts should be replaced as necessary.

93,000 miles and we hear a harsh grinding noise from the front right side. Took it to the shop. Replaced the upper torque mount and lower engine motor mount bushing. Still the same noise. Put it on the rack again and they found the upper right engine mount broken as well. Frustrating issue for a newer car.
Right side top engine torque arm rubber mount sheared. Found on inspection but not indication of problem when driving.
