in this really hot weather, mi transmission over heating light is coming on solid at 50 but once below 50 it flashes for a few seconds and then goes away 2 of the 3 times it has come on in the last 2 weeks. The transmission is changing gears fine. there seems to be no hesitation in the truck. the engine is not over heating. We have checked the transmission fluid and it is a little high but should not be high enough to make it over heat. Could this be the sensor?
