Check engine light came on. On my way to work, its is showing the code of P0011. What do I do?
I have too much camshaft play and the cylinder heads need to be replaced. They want thousands to fix it so I am going to have to do it myself.
Sluggish acceleration at take off. Spits and sputters at sudden stops. Seeking an honest and trustworthy mechanic to advise on how much it will cost to fix.
poo14 no injector pulse on bank 2 good spark misfire on three cylinders on front bank 2
light was coming on then off. I had a tune-up, oil change, transmission flush and brake work done on5/21/15. Engine light came on again and returned to garage on 5/28/15. Technician came up with codes P007 & P0024. He mentioned that one of the codes involved the crankshaft but they couldn't find anything wrong & he said it was quite expensive. He gave me 90 day warranty if anything goes wrong with it. It's running fine, but light still coming on intermittedly. Not sure what I'll do. May be time to trade-in!!
The issue is not fixed yet. We believe this what caused the car to come to a complete stop and lose all power.
