Low idle engine stalls occasionally. RPMs are at 500 dipping to 400 but they should be around 600 to 800 I believe.
my suburban runs very strong but sometimes when i go to park my car it stalls when i start to turn into the parking spot.please help
My truck was stalling and shutting off at stop signs or red lights. I had the throttle body clean and had no more issues.
Ours will say traction control off, stabilitrack off, and then say reducing engine power. It also can not sit and warm up or it will die. We have been waiting on a new throttle body for over two weeks.
My 2009 suburban behaved the same way, rand rough, stabilitrak light, traction control light, service engine - the whole 9 yards, this all happened at 0500 hours on the way to work. My husband got it to the dealership and they indicated it was the throttle body, we will see when it is picked up...not very happy about any of this, what a dangerous situation...
vehicle would stall at red lights, turns, and shifting into reverse. I used CRC throttle body cleaner and
CRC mass air flow cleaner. Problem solved instantly!!!
Same thing with my when I'm at a stop sign the truck rpms goes to 2k drops to 1,500 n turns off they told me it might the trottle body or sometimes it will go very slow but I'm giving it all gas
Stalls after driving, miles before empty gets stuck and when change it's by 20 miles. Let sit for 10 mins it will start drive a couple of miles it stalls again
I have changed the Body Throtle 4 times now since owning it...I am very religious on the air filter, change of oil with every thing...even the mechanic is suprised of how many times I had to replace it and with the original part.
