Software Updates May Help Harsh Shifting on Chrysler Town & Country

Problem Description and Possible Solution

When I come to a stop my van hesitates to downshift and when I go to accelerate it hesitates to shift up in gear. My check engine light recently came on so I had it diagnosed and what came up was the shifter least thats covered under my warranty
When excellerating it surges each gear 1 2 &3 as long as you let off on gas peddle just before each gear it will shift and drive fine.
When taking off the transmission will slip, have not not been able to have it check but I have it scheduled it for meet thurday
