Serpentine Belt Tensioner Noise on Dodge Nitro
Problem overview
A rattle sound may be heard from the engine with the AC on. This can be caused by not enough clearance between the serpentine belt and the belt tensioner arm stop. Replacing the serpentine belt will commonly correct this problem.
