Went to put top up and the trunk partially opened and stopped in a frozen position.
Tried switch again a few times, to no avail.
Problem - how I going to drive home with a partially elevated trunk lid.
I accidently let the black curtain snap back. I then noticed I could lower the trunk lid.
Later I was able to open the trunk in the normal position. Now I must figure how to get the top up manually to check out the solenoids and pump fluids.
Would appreciate guidance Because I am in the Florida rainy season and can't drive with the top down normally. The Weatherman is my guide for any short trip.
All the Best to others who have endured the same problem.

Main door windows will go down, mini side windows will go down and the trunk lid will open to accept the roof (and the internal lock turns to unlock the roof mechanism) but all it does from there is run the actuators and no roof retraction.
It has not been fixed properly! The red light continually beeps for about a minute when excelerating or slowing down, and the red light is always blinking. It started when I dropped a bag of potting soil off of my shoulder into the trunk and it hit something right where the trunk latches. The roof won't go down or up and when put up manually, the wing windows wont go back up
