The function of the ventilation system clearing the windshield as needed for driver visibility may not be possible due to a software error in the hybrid control processor (HCP) that operates the defrosting and defogging of the windshield. This can lead to a crash.

You must contact and visit a Jeep dealership to perform recall repairs on your Jeep vehicle. The schedule for Jeep to contact known owners of affected vehicles is during April, 2024. If you do not receive a notification, but wish to check to see if your vehicle is included, please contact one of your local Jeep dealerships. They will also check for any other incomplete recalls on your vehicle.
