For vehicles equipped with a manual transmission, the rearview camera image will not display when the vehicle is shifted into reverse gear, and the reverse lights will not illuminate. This prevents proper vision for the driver behind the vehicle and fails to alert other drivers the vehicle is moving in reverse, both conditions increasing the risk of an accident.

You must contact and visit a Jeep dealership to perform recall repairs on your Jeep vehicle. The schedule for Jeep to contact known owners of affected vehicles is during November, 2023. If you do not receive a notification, but wish to check to see if your vehicle is included, please contact one of your local Jeep dealerships. They will also check for any other incomplete recalls on your vehicle.
