An instrument panel display that is not visible to the driver may result in the inability to see safety-critical information, such as the fuel gauge and warning lights, increasing the risk of a crash.
The instrumentation of the vehicle may not be bright enough during daylight driving, which can prevent the driver from seeing critical information, such as fuel level, speed and the illumination of any warning lights. This increases the risk of an accident.
You must contact and visit a Jeep dealership to perform recall repairs on your Jeep vehicle. The schedule for Jeep to contact known owners of affected vehicles is during March, 2023. If you do not receive a notification, but wish to check to see if your vehicle is included, please contact one of your local Jeep dealerships. They will also check for any other incomplete recalls on your vehicle. For best results, be prepared to provide your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) to the service department consultant you speak with. The Jeep recall designation is 15A.
